A Couple of Hags
They’re gambling! They are out in the back, in Vegas. Their names are Mia and Patricia and they look a lot a like, almost like twins. They are dressed up fancy in Vegas.
They have all sorts of gookatie gookatie on the table! They’re gambling for fun and they’re gambling for words to say. They’re also gambling for garbage! That’s not too good!
They are laughing and smiling and happy. But they don’t know what they’re in for!
They just got done throwing, throwing nuts!
They want the gentleman on the end to win. That’s a different pile? Did you hear anyone holler? If you didn’t, nobody won.
They will go out to eat with their winnings. They’ll say “yippee” but that doesn’t tell you much. They’ll go back to Las Vegas, and then they’ll go get a drink. Who knows what kind. It depends on what kind of gamblers they are. They just need 7 UP or an old fashioned or cocktails. Someone will put them together.
It smells like air in there, and it sounds like laughter, happy, and quiet. They are happy because they’re winning.
