TimeSlips Welcomes Two New Interns

TimeSlips is excited to welcome two interns from Miami University to help us roll out some new initiatives in the coming months. Let us introduce you to two change-makers in the field of Gerontology:

Josh Meinke
Josh is a senior Gerontology Major and Management Minor at Miami with hopes of working in Healthcare Administration in the future. He loves to spend time with my family and friends. More specifically, some of his favorite things to do are going out on Lake Erie on a boat, playing basketball and listening to all kinds music. A fun fact about Josh: as of this summer, he officially owns his own exterior and interior painting company, Meinke’s Painting. Welcome, Josh!

Samantha Beard
My name is Samantha Beard and I’m a senior this year double-majoring in Gerontology and Public Health! I’ve been very involved in an on-campus organization known as The Navigators where I was a student leader who helped organize Bible studies. I had to step down this year because I will be helping out with an honor society organization for public health students known as Eta Sigma Gamma as a co-president. After graduation, I hope to get a master’s degree in Epidemiology, which is the study and analysis of disease conditions in certain populations.
