A Beautiful Day at the Fair
The box is for donations. You need to put two holes in the box so they can put dollar bills in. the hole on the right would be for quarters and dimes.
People are running or walking around. That's Mr. P playing the violin. He's a good man. He's in the community having his own outdoor concert. He's playing music so people will know how to come to the carnival. They will come to see where the sound is coming from. The came to where it says "enter here."
Mr. P plays pretty well. He could be playing symphony or classical music. (We all pretend to play the violin.)
The fair is in Milwaukee. Mr. P is about 78 or 80 years old. He's visiting. He likes to play the violin every place. He could be at the zoo.
It's a beautiful Saturday. No one has on a coat. Mr. P has a sweater on but so does Mr. Q!
Those two people are on their way to the entrance. They are Rupert and Alice or Catherine and George. They're thinking about going somewhere else in the fair, but they like Mr. P's music. They are going to get something to eat, a cream puff, and look at different items.
They will see some people they have't met before. They'll tell them their names and shake hands. It's a good place to meet people. They will ask them if they want to go some place they've never been before out of the country or out of this world!
