I see a man sitting there contemplating . Beautiful mountains are all around. He's in a very relaxed state sitting in his canoe paddling. He's thinking about life in general. Wanting to get away from everyday life. I don't think he's very happy says Sandy. I don't think he's alone. Irene thinks he has a girlfriend with him and they are on a romantic holiday. His name is Joe. His girlfriend's name is Lois. I think they are from France. They are very much in love and going to pronounce vows of eternal love to one another on the Kicking Horse River. They are in their 20's strongly believing in true love. They are paddling 1/2 day and they booked a rustic cabin down the river.
I see something different says Dorothy. A man alone getting away from his problems in his 50's. He is a family man with problems at home that he's hoping to work out. It could be financial or an illness. The mountains are colourful with blues, greens and purples. It is Autumn. The weather is cooler. A mix of sun and clouds. The wind is calm. He's on an afternoon paddle. He hears the ripple of the water and a coo of a bird. He may see goats, a bear, a moose, deer and other animals. There is also fish in the river. He goes to shore, walks several miles to get back to his car in time for supper. He tells his wife he has things figured out.
