A Polar Bear, who can't be too old, lives in the woods. It's winter. She's competing for a carnival, saying, "Here I am, folks! Tickle me," she added. Her name is Polar Starling. Even though Polar Starling has a mom and a dad and a family of her own, she takes little orphaned animals under her own care. Polar Starling had a smell like all babies have, and it wasn't pleasant. The little animals played together, giggling and squealing and chattering. She is a little bundle of love with her catcher's mitt. Soon little Polar Starling would grow up and find a mate.
