That's some story!
It's a bus stop - They're waiting for something.
There's a tree outdoors.
They're at a resort of some kind and this is the porch (with a door).
They're tourists. This one on the left is hot so it's in a hot area. She's waiting for something and looking out the window.
The one with the hat wishes he hadn't come - he didn't like what he saw, "There's nothin' to do."
He's playin' somethin' - a black guitar.
He doesn't know himself what kind of music he's playing.
There's a dead cigar.
I don't think they're related. They don't look like they're talkin' to each other.
Maybe they're caught in the rain. Only on of them is dressed for the weather.
It reminds me of our own Moultonborough where there was a bus stop. It looks like the people you would see in the summer.
Helen is on the left. She works at a store and she's overseeing a child.
Bobby in the hat is 9-14 years old. He wants to get home. He would enjoy eating a cookie.
He's dressed for a hike.
He may be holding a book: a novel or some sort of hiking story.
It's down south somewhere.
Sam is playing the guitar. Maybe he operates a store. He's just foolin' around - he just wants to be heard. He's been playing the guitar too long.
They're just hanging around - they got caught in the rain.
The boy, Bobby, thinks he's all dressed up. It looks like he's wearing a tie.
Helen is going home from visiting somebody. She was visiting another friend.
They're all going somewhere on the porch.
Bobby went hiking first. I don't think he has many friends because he's got a book and he's looking sad.
Sam had to set up an appointment with the guitarist.
He decided to take the day off to play.
There's somebody behind the window. It's Sam's friend.
On the porch, we'd hear about their children, the one that's older and gone off to college.
Maybe a bus is backed up - Helen is waiting there thinking what to do. She's gonna signal for the people to get on. She has to back up.
Bobby is going to find out where he is There's somebody looking for him. He looks as though he's been traveling. He has a necklace on.
Sam, the guitarist, again just happens to be on the porch where they happened to stop.
Sam and Bobby have hats on.
Sam is sort of a local fixture. He camps on the porch of that dwelling and people enjoy hearing his music. Some night he might get a job. He uses guitar playing to pass the time. Some guys might like to hear it.
