This story takes place in Normandy. It is early spring of 1945. A woman is named Sarah. She is having fun, dancing her way across Normandy. She is celebrating the end of the war. She feels joyous. Sarah is from Miami Beach. She enjoys traveling. Though she went alone, there is approximately 7,000 people there. It is a military march. You can hear the drums, pipes, and the horns. The weather is not cold, so she is not dressed for winter. They marched and danced all the way to Paris to celebrate.
