Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! Man and Boy and Music
Yeah! He’s the man! Oh, ho, ho! He’s having a little bit of vegetable—the little one—his name is Abigail. They’re getting him ready to go with him. He’s playing a guitar. They know each other. They’re related. They often come to this place. The big man comes from the sky. His name is Nicholas. The little boy is Abigail. They’ll go to Nicholas’s home and have a party there and dance the Charleston. There’s a sign in the window. They would be playing in tune with the place. Most likely, there are people listening to them in the foreground. Nicholas is playing the violin. Val thinks he’s being rude because of the expression on his face, which is very serious. Yes, they’re waiting. They are waiting for Maria’s granddaughter—Alexandra the Great—who is coming from Canada, from Montreal! They will be dancing together. Nicholas says 100 per cent! Afterwards, they’ll go to the church and they’ll do anything. Nicholas and Abigail are playing here in Sydney, in this area, but they can go anywhere. Everyone will be dancing. Everywhere they go they will dance, and stamp their foot down! Alexandra is very special. She’s a doctor and she heals people. As well as the music, we can hear other noises: NONG, NONG, NONG, NONG! Alexandra the Great is doing the splits! You can smell all the things from the shop. There’s soup and stews, coffee and cake, and frozen juice. Val thinks Nicholas is playing up! Nicholas says both he and Abigail are playing up! There’s a huge balcony across the way, and they’re playing music. The people there are making signals with both hands, and they come across the road halfway to meet up with Nicholas and Abigail. Nicholas is very lucky to meet Alexandra. They might go for a walk. Nicholas will take his violin with him. If they work long hours, they can make money doing this. They’ll spend it on the church. They’ll take the money and go to a church up in the mountains called St. Nicholas. They’ll go there for a rest! They will play their music again. We don’t know where or when or how! Some people would swim over to meet them—the young ones and the strong ones. They’ll come to Leonidio, in Greece. In the window behind them is a diving suit—could be a whole new story! In a few months’ time, Nicholas will play more music, and everything will be great. Everything will be even bigger and better!
