A bunch of college kids visited their grandparents Edna and Marvin. The moving team is gone and the elders are congratulating themselves on whatever they got these kids to do. The boys are tired from carrying all the furniture. Its like mom says to the dad, "we got 'er done." There is that a pendant or an emergency button around Grandma's neck. She dyes her hair and she looks pretty young. Their loveseat have a recliner on each side! Who knows if these kids are even going to wake up. Marin and Edna say to themselves, "that wasn't so bad... but are these kids going to be able to get to their feet?" They are debating whether to order pizza and get liter bottles of pop. It is taking a moment to honor the change and celebrate the life they have together as they go through this transition. Cuz no matter what the change, they're still together. They remember the positive things and look forward to a new way of life. They have moved to Applewood where they get a condo so now they are no longer living in a single home -they are with many other people. They've got their good walking shoes so they're ready to go. They're reading for the next phase. They're okay with change.
