His name is Carl, said Cliff. And he is at Carvins Cove.
Lorraine said he’s walking through THAT, and she thinks he’s nuts!
“He’s walking on large evenly spaced….something….something to walk on across the shallow water, but it might not be shallow” said Cat.
Rita thinks he’s been very careful not to step between the stones.
Lorraine said he is going to the other side of the river.
“He’s going for business or for pleasure” said Cat.
Rita said he is having a fun time by himself.
Cat thinks he may be going to the other side to meet a woman, who he had accidently met in the drug store.
Rita said it looks like Carl is concentrating so he won’t fall in.
Cliff said “He came out to the rocks to think, but he usually walks a tight rope, this is much easier”.
And Cliff also noticed he has a smile on his face, and is about to meet someone he loves.
“It’s a bright sun shiny day, and it might be a little windy” said Cat.
Cat said he has a bag under his arm, and there is a rattle snake in it.
Cliff thinks there is ice cream in the bag, and Carl is going to dump it out because it all melted.
Cliff said that “When Carl dumped the ice cream out of his bag, the ducks flew in, and gobbled it up”. “Now he can’t get away from the ducks!”
“There are little trails….small & narrow” said Cliff.
Cat and Cliff agreed that Carl was disappointed because he couldn’t find the woman, so he caught the last duck, and brought it home for dinner.
