They’re on the beach. The Gibson Girl in the 1920’s. She is grabbing a ray of sun and she is showing off! We sure don’t wear bathing suits like that anymore! She is on Coney Island or Jones Beach, or maybe even Redondo Beach. She is feeling great and happy. She is not wearing an itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini! She is posing for a picture, and it doesn’t look like she is with anybody. There may be children playing, maybe a banjo or a harmonica in the background. Could there be a merry-go-round? She is getting picked up by her friends. They are going to ride the merry go round and then take a walk on the beach. Her arms are pointing toward the sky. There are people strolling on the boardwalk. It smells like salt water and hot dogs. She is having a good day at the sunny beach.
