It’s the Fourth of July. They’re in Puerto Rico and either on the street or inside. Grandma/Mama is dancing with her grandson Fred or Franky or Johnny. She is older. She is a relative. They are dancing in fron of grandkids. One is teaching the other how to dance. People in the back are playing Tiddlywinks. You can hear music, singing and talking. They’re putting on a show. It’s disorganized. The people the back are playing instruments. Clarinets and saxophones. Some are smoking. Everyone is celebrating the Fourth of July!
