Coming Home
Two Penguins in love holding hands in Canada or the Arctic of Alaska walking on the snow. They are newlyweds looking for a place to raise a family. Looks like no kids are in the way and they are by themselves. One asks, “Honey, do you think this would be a good place to raise a family?” It feels like they are in love and holding hands like two lovers would.
It's Springtime with droplets of water melting. There's a haze going over the water. Smells like melting snow, Spring, fish, and urine. They want to say something. They could be saying, “North, South, East, or West?” or telling each other they are in love.
People are coming up to see them at a station in cages at the park, like Myrick Park in the Springtime. The penguins see two animals in the background- could be deer! There are wild animals around, like whales and sharks, that could eat them.
The penguins are either coming here to see us at Mulder or traveling and looking for their family get-together. They are looking over the water to see if family is coming. Are they both looking for the same thing since both are looking in different directions? They are looking for something to eat or for their other relatives. They soon found what they wanted to eat and said to each other, “Let's make a home here.”
