Dancing in the rain … or on the pier
This is happening at the seaside.
It could be snowing!
They could be friends; one man is taking a photo.
I thought they were celebrating that it was raining; there may have been a drought.
"Raindrops keep falling on my head"
Captain Nemo fell out of his boat and landed on the island, he's overjoyed he's taken a photo of the island.
The lady's name is Eloise, she's happy that it's raining... Eloise has got wet knees and she's dancing in the rain!
Reggae music is playing and it's loud!
"Raindrops keep falling on my head"
If they're out in the wet they'd rather try and get back. They may be going back to work.
They will go on a bench.
What will they do?
I'm not telling you!

They are dancing in the rain, then they will go home and get dry. They had a good time on the island.
Then it started raining...
In this country like Africa or the Caribbean, because this guy is celebrating the rain, because they don't get it very often.
The sun is shining, it might be coming out.
They're celebrating the sun coming out!
