They are having a day out together. They have treated themselves to a day out in London. It looks as if it is Winter because the lady has a big fur coat on. Lucky Lady! Although it isn't real fur, it's artificial! They are having a day out in London because it is their anniversary. Their 50th wedding anniversary! That is a long time to be together. They still love each other very much. You can tell they do because they are holding hands. She's his girl and he's her man. He is called Albert and she is called Victoria. Albert and Victoria have come in from the cold. They are in a shopping centre. It is snowing outside and she doesn't want to get her posh coat wet! Victoria is feeling excited. Albert has told her he will buy her something special for their wedding anniversary. After all she has put up with him for fifty years! They are beginning to feel a lot warmer as they look around the shops. The shops are big and there are a lot of people walking around. They stop to look in a shop window. "The fashion these day's...it leaves nothing to the imagination does it Albert! Not like in our day! Everything was covered up!" Albert gives a little smile and winks at Victoria. They hear children laughing, and people talking and someone is playing a piano in the distance. Albert and Victoria can also smell some delicious coffee brewing. They decide to go and try some and go into the coffee shop and have a drink. They also have a slice of cake! Jim said that he would buy her something for their anniversary. Afterwards they sit and listen to the piano player. He plays them a tune. It is "Unforgetable". It was the tune they danced to at their wedding. They get up and dance to it as they did fifty years ago! They are with their son and daughter...and their grandchildren. They have four grandchildren, two boys and two girls. Victoria is getting tired walking around the shops and so Albert suggests they leave. Their son takes them for as ride in his car. But they don't go straight home. Albert has arranged a party without Victoria knowing. All the family and their friends are there and Albert gives Victoria a golden necklace. Albert said that he would buy her something nice...They eat cake and drink champagne and dance the rest of the day away. Afterwards they go home, very tired but still very much in love.
