Exploring—It’s Not Boring!
Exploring. It’s not that it’s boring, it’s a little boy exploring. He can walk. He’d like to come here. He lives in Montreal, Canada. He’s come with his sister, Alexandria, for a visit.
He’s six months old and his name is Alberto, but he might be called “Bub”. He’s very clever for six months old.
His mother is nearby. Peggy likes the look of him. She’s had many herself. She was the eldest in her family and had lots of brothers.
Bub’s mum is busy doing one thing, so the little boy has picked up the trolley and he’s off doing something else—as boys do! Isabel has a son and she tells us that if you notice a boy is missing, it’s best to find them earlier in the piece rather than later. Bub’s mum is keeping an eye on him. The little boy is very handsome.
Mum is busy, busy, busy, so the boy is looking after the trolley so he can help his mum. Bill says he would let the kid relax and do the things he likes. If he starts to be a naughty lad, you’d tell him to be a good boy.
He’s got the bag and he’s enjoying himself, but anything could happen to that bag. Maria’s granddaughter is clever like him.
We’re curious about what’s in the bag. Peggy thinks it’s clothes. Ellen says: “Ohhhhhh”, “Mmmmmm”. She thinks there is shopping in the bag. According to Isabel, there is definitely chocolate in the bag. “You don’t take boys out without having a bit of chocolate.” Maria thinks the bag is full of money! Sandra thinks there’s a teddy bear and Matchbox cars inside. Tony’s noticed that the little boy needs to do something with his hair. We think Mum might have a comb in the bag so she can fix Bub’s hair! Bill tells us he has no idea about what’s in the bag.
Bub’s mother is close by. The little boy has got to the corner, and maybe now it’s time for Bub to go back to his mum and have a nibble. She’ll see if he’s tired and she’ll put him in the car to rest. They’re gorgeous creatures.
Bub’s parents are very proud of him. He’s good looking and he has a good education. He’s got it made!
