Is this a street dance? The grandmother, who looks Latino, is dancing with her grandson while the other kids watch from behind the barricade. She's having a wonderful time. There's a steel beam that the kids are leaning on. It looks like a police line that controls traffic. It must be modern day.
Are those bed quilts hanging hanging on the line in the back? There are shutters or some type of an air vent on the window, too. There's a picture of President Kennedy from the 1960's. Some are standing and waiting for the music. The man in the back is playing a clarinet so everyone is really enjoying themselves . Food! Music! Fun!
They all seem to know each other. It could be Spanish Harlem where they live in groups. It looks like modern day to me because of the clothing and the flip flops. Grandma's shoes are called slides and they were popular during the 1970's. There's a barricade so they don't dance too far away!
They will probably dispense and go home after the party.
