Hey, that’s not fair…
Okay, it’s “current time.”
That’s a rooster.
She’s looking at Bob.
There is a shelf of books and a bird is in one of the areas.
She’s waiting for the rooster to crow “cockadoodle-do!”
It’s either a boy or a girl.
If it’s a girl, her name is Matilda, and she’s from Australia.
If it’s a boy, his name is Louie and he’s from Norway.
He is a skier.
He is in the library.
It is winter.
He’s listening through the funnel to the rooster – he’s watching for another bird.
It’s an ostrich.
He’s waiting for it to lay an egg.
An ostrich egg is tough to break.
There’s lots of food in the egg – it makes a BIG scramble.
He is listening to the rooster lecture about “it’s time to wake up.”
This story is getting crazier all the time.
Someone might come in and shoot the ostrich with a gun.
No! Rollie wants to ride the ostrich.
It’s a big bird and the problem is that you have to jump on from the back because they don’t come with stirrups!
When they run, they go like this: (jerking forward and backward motion).
Somebody might pull the ostrich’s tail feathers.
But that’s not nice.
They’re not tough birds mentally.
It’s all over but the shooting.
What have we gained?
