This takes place during the 70s or 80s. Ken is there with five or six friends at a laundry mat in town where they go do their laundry during college. Ken has a good sense of humor and is always willing to do something funny for attention. They are goofing around, also doing their laundry, while waiting for their wash and drying. They talk about who is the best at stuff between them, and someone brought up crawling in the washing machine because he was trying to grab a sock from the back. One of the other friends said he doesn't think it is that small and he said someone could get in there if they had to. They had a big discussion and starting placing bets on being able to fit in. They started throwing in dollars and dared Ken crawl in. He was trusting the group, and went in bum first. The friends claimed the would help him get in there. Foot by foot, then shoulder he went in. To prove that he was in all the way they have to close the door. In the picture he is not in all the way because the door is open and part of each of his feet is sticking out. He is going to do it and he knows he will fit. He is not sure however if he is going to be able to get out. His friends are trying to think of ways of him not actually fitting in because they do not want to loose their bets. He did this because he wanted to prove his friends wrong and because he was being silly. He is feeling more proud than anything that he was able to fit in. His friends didn't believe him, but he was able to do it. His friends are going to want him to try to get out on his own and he is probably going to be able to do it. At some point one of the friends joked that they should turn the washer on! The friends give him a hard time, but he ends up winning the bet.
