This takes place in a field, right there, along a walk way, a footpath maybe. This is happening in modern day, within the past 5 years. The foot path is a short cut between areas of a village a downtown area and a residential area. Maybe not a village, but a small town. There's Anna upfront. She's 15 or so. The elderly woman in the background is Margret. They don't really know each other but their paths have crossed. Anna's coming back from school. Margret is off to the downtown area. She just needs to grab a couple of things from the grocery store. She doesn't need a whole bunch of things because she's not carrying a basket or a shoulder bag. Maybe she's getting cat food. She has two cats. The cats seem older than they are. Margret's had a lot of cats in her day. They're always there. Cats have always been there. Anna doesn't seem so exuberant, so it wasn't a particularly good day. Just your average day. Anna takes this path every single day, twice--to school and from. Margret less often. She might make a round trip twice a week. She goes into town, there's the grocery store. She also has a friend in town. Sometimes the friend comes to visit her. Margret's lived in this town just about her whole life. They can each hear their foot steps on the path. They can hear the sound of wheat, the wind rustling over it. It looks foggy, so some sounds might be obscured, but they hear some birds they just can't see them. It looks foggy, but the sun is definitely shining on Anna's right. It's cold, not freezing but definitely chilly. Anna has a hat and a p-coat on, hands stuffed in pockets. it's chilly. it might have rained earlier. Generally wet. They both have rain boot on. Maybe it's in England. This is just the way the weather is to Margret, she's lived here her whole life, just the way it is. Anna is young, got more vibrant youth in her. It's more in Anna to want to get away from the weather. Anna will get home, here mother might be there. it's not a big deal either way. Sometimes her mother steps out in the afternoon. She trusts Anna. Ann's Dad works. Margret will get her cat food and come home and feed the cats.
