We can see a boat, it is fully laden. But not with people, with cargo.
We hear the waves. The sound of the waves. We hear the signal horn of the boat. No, the ship´s bell! We hear the seagulls. Maybe they´re sitting on the boat – you can´t exactly see them, but seagulls often sit on a boat.
This has to be the Lake Constance.
He doesn´t look like a fisherman. He isn´t dressed like that. And the shoes don´t fit for a fisherman either.

You can´t identify him from behind: a splendid dorsal view, can be delightful, too!
He doesn´t have a lot of hair, but he is well dressed. Yes, he is well and neatly dressed. Well-groomed! This is a good haircut. The hair is white-gray on top and it is dark below. The hair is dyed, of course. No, it´s all natural!
His name is Kurt. He has an umbrella and binoculars with him.
He surely waits for someone.
He just needs a wife. He is on his own. He is a retired person. He has a lot of time!
He simply marvels – that there are so many nice places in the world.
He plans on doing something big. Maybe he would like to go on the boat, too. But the boat looks crowded. He wants to get ahead, but he can´t. Because he doesn´t know if the boat comes ashore or drives off. It drives off! He missed it. The seat is bound in chains – because of that he wasn´t able to go away!
Maybe his wife is on the boat. He follows her with his eyes. He says: „I hope she´ll come back!”
It´s his own fault! Why didn´t he go with her in the first place? He has everything he needs right with him – everything but a traveling bag! So he can´t go on a trip and travel.
Maybe he has the money in his pants pockets ...
