Billy and Betty are husband and wife. A man and a woman is what they are. Bill and Betty are in Italy. It must be cold outside because Bill is wearing a uniform. Betty has very nice legs! They are a married couple, outside hiding. Bill and Betty have no kids, no family, only the cat.
Whose cat is it? Is it a farm cat or a deadbeat cat? Gee, I don’t know… Does Bill like cats? He must, because otherwise it wouldn’t be there. I like cats, as long as they are someone else’s! I love my cat! The cat is a white cat (I’m sure it wouldn’t be any other color), named Hanger or Whitey. I don’t name my cat at all.
Bill is on leave from the army and having a good time! I think Bill and Betty are dancing to the music, maybe to the Kitty Hop. I hope they are just dancing. I think they are talking, talking about good times. You got me, I don’t talk to cats! Holy Mackerel!!
The cat came from sneaking around the wall. “Don’t step on the cat!” When Hanger or Whitey crosses their path it is bad luck. Uh Oh! He passed right between them. A car is going to get them! I don’t like cats, I like every animal. Everyone there is yelling “Here Kitty, Here Kitty”
Bill is wearing his boots and a uniform. Maybe he is in the army in WWII. Bill works with different outfits through the army. Betty works with different companies, including the Red Cross, rolling bandages as a nurse. “He’s going away. Where? Who cares?” He is probably going to battle in France. The soldiers fight against the Nazi’s in France.

In the war people get hurt very bad.
The war was over and “Johnny came marching home”!
When Bill came home they had a parade, the army and group of people formed a parade.
It was a welcome home party!
We were happy when the war was over and they came home!
“Johnny came marching home again.
Hurrah! Hurrah!”…
It started on sad tone and ended on a happy tone.
The End.
