This is Mike and he is in New York City. You can tell because of the high rise buildings and brownstones. He is very mean looking because he doesn't like holding the flag that long. He might be disgruntled and it's a political stance. He is very serious about showing respect for the flag.
There is something going on in the background; everyone is looking the other way. It could be a parade or a protest. Mike has a very serious look on his face because he is remembering a family member who died in the war. Maybe the people in the background are not supporting him. He has a very angry look on his face.
Mike might be a stranger here participating in the November 11th parade. You can see a little snow on the cars behind them. The cars look like they are from the fifties. He is farther away from all the other people. Maybe he is protesting. He's going to be a stronger person and wait for the rest of the people. Maybe he is going to make a statement because he has an intense look on his face. He is going to stand out and look like a rebel! Someone could have been making fun of him. There is a lot of noise and it is bothering him. People are yelling. There are sirens and band music. Mike looks strong. He has his hand on his hip and is serious. He wants to go home and he wants someone else to hold the flag.
He lives in Brooklyn with his wife. They had a fight this morning. Maybe a lot of women are chasing him? His wife didn't want him to go because she is having people over. It is his duty to hold the flag.
People across the street may have been heckling him. It's his way or the highway! Mike went home to his wife. She isn't downstairs - maybe she is upstairs. Harsh words were exchanged. She had so much to tend to and off he went. Mike left and maybe he went to a bar or a meeting.
