These penguins are going to Labrador. They could get a lot of food there. There's lots of fish there in the summer. The fish leave Labrador and travel to Newfoundland to breed. The Newfoundlanders go down there in the summer with their boats to get the fish. The penguins try to get fish before the fisherman. They run into a lot of schooners catching fish to freeze. The fisherman on the boats would salt the fish, thaw it and put it on flakes and dry it out to keep it all winter. You can soak fish, it and fry it and bake it. Remember - Friday is fish day!!
