This picture is about a father and his son. Pete is the older one and Re-Pete is the son. They get along fairly well.
Pete is eating ice cream and Re-Pete is not, but he wants some too. The whole church congregation is watching and having fun.
They have been singing and running races.
It is a nice, mild sunny day. The fir tree's are fluttering in the wind.
There are birds singing and people clapping and a live band is playing.
Re-Pete still wants a bite of Pete's ice cream. There are at least 6 other people there, but not more that 80 at this church function.
Some people are playing games. You can hear children laughing, giggling, playing in the church yard. Some are praying and singing hymns. Dogs are barking. The ice- cream social ends with a prayer and some silent time.
