Rita Rita Meter Maid
It’s odd! New Orleans. Mainz, Germany. It’s Carnival. Pocatello, Idaho. There are a bunch of barns there. It’s a growing city, 6,000 people. It takes place right here. There’s a guy on the sidewalk that’s operating machinery to clean the streets. The lady is holding the glasses and probably can get that guy where he needs to be.
Rita, Rita, Meter Maid. She looks happy. She’s been enjoying the quaint little town and drinking whatever she wants to. She’s happy. She’s bubbly. She’s enjoying the moment. She does look like she is under his tutelage. She is in a training program that is educational. I don’t have an imagination right now. She’s getting to flash her shirt, what they do at Mardi Gras. She’s from Seattle. She’s from NJ. She’s jay walking. That’s probably true. She is a nice Grandma. She’s an airline stewardess with the red tinsel hair.
There is another person there. She’s a friend of the woman’s. They share a commonality that is the same guy they are dating. This could eventually be a big problem.
I would hear a car, Mardi Gras drums, and jazz music. It’s summertime. It’s cold there. This woman, Rita, is going to die laughing. This woman’s having a bad hair day! Rita, Rita, Meter Maid.
