It was a clear, sunny day. They're at the beach. It looks like they're getting together to be in a group. It's probably hot. There are two people on the California beach with about 450,000 other ones. They're running just to run. They are exercising. The caps are so they don't get sunburned. They are running out of the water because there is something in it. It could be a strange fish. They're scarred of it. Bob and Dolores are their names.Bob works out because he has muscles. They are doing a cold water plunge. The other people are watching and shivering. They're in Wisconsin at Wilson Lake. He's running with his car keys. They've been out in the sun long enough and it's time to go home to Summit Lake. They're husband and wife or maybe boyfriend and girlfriend. The sun is hot on their feet. Everyone else is spectators. There are green maple trees behind them. She's wearing a band on her ankle. Maybe they were in a race and their numbers are on them. He has one too. It's noon on an August day. Afterwards they'll go to the local beer tap to get a drink or McDonald's for a hamburger. They're happy, tired, and scarred.
