There’s a woman,
Susie, posing in a summer dress
It’s the 1920’s.
Susie is at the beach
in Santa Monica, on vacation from work.
She’s looking for a
restaurant, and she might be looking for a male companion,
She’s posing for
Harper magazine, or maybe a family photo,
Susie is feeling no
pain right now, she’s feeling happy and free,
Light-hearted, she
feels pretty!
She’s waiting to be
discovered as a movie star,
She’s friendly,
joyous, and outgoing, she is also family-oriented
BUT she’s also a
little naïve.
After the photo is
taken, she is asked out on a date by a movie star.
Is it? Yep, it’s
Frank Sinatra!
They find a nice warm
bar, where he serenades Susie, and life is good!
