It's 1956, at a high school in New Orleans. The varsity band is there with two tubas, most bands have 1 tuba. The band members are much older, or in between. They arr playing Jazz music and rock "n" roll music. I think it's the 60's because she's wearing a short skirt. Her name is Diane. She is dancing, doing the twist because she feels good. Chubby Checker is singing. Maybe she is trying to teach the others how to dance because she is on the floor by herself. She's feeling groovy. I think she's from New Orleans, probably up north somewhere like Baltimore or the inner harbor. She is the CEO of somewhere in the french quarter. She's with a group of friends, they're on their lunch break. Everybody is there, tourist. Constant chatter from the tourist, they blow the horn. The trumpet has a solo part. It's fall, cool enough for her to wear a long sleeve sweater even though she's wearing a short skirt. It's probably cold. That's why she is dancing to get warm. I think it's fall, it's more than just fall but not quite winter. I think it's thanksgiving time. It's MARDI GRAS!. Nope, MARDI GRAS IS IN FEBRUARY.
