These people are enjoying themselves looking up at the sky. They look like they’re in California. It could be Santa Monica, because there’s always nuts around, and people exercising. Something must be going on, maybe someone flying over in an airplane. Or a plane taking off or landing.
It’s raining. The people that are last are always first. In this case, they’ll be the first to change their clothes!
There’s a gentleman standing there with his arms open. His name is Joseph. He’s got that big beard. He could be St. Joseph Abba. He feels clean.
St. Joseph wants to get a job, but he has to do something to show that he can do it well. He’s looking forward to getting a job. Perhaps an airplane job. Or someone who takes money. Or maybe just cleaning the park. He doesn’t look like a train conductor or a mailman. He looks like an oddball. An oddball would get the first job that comes along.
St. Joseph is a fool. He has a family but no job to support them. He has two young children: a boy and a girl. They have a mother, but she has nothing to do with St. Joseph. She’s left him.
There’s another man taking pictures, or perhaps making a movie, and he’s seeing something beautiful! It’s a beautiful sky. His name is George Eastman House, and he’s even nuttier. He’s quite intent on taking pictures because then he will always have something to look at that will make him feel good. He’s thinking, “You got me! You got me!”
There’s the sound of rain, and of people talking about the sound of rain. You can also hear the airplane overhead and St. Joseph saying, “Beautiful!” And you can smell fish!
