Joan – he’s got cookies and that makes me hungry. I love cookies, I used to bake them, mmmm snicker doodles! He has his thumb in something, he dipped the cookie in grape jelly.
Doris – Looks like something on his hand
Joan – I’m hungry for a cookies
Sharon – The freezer in the garage was always full of cookies
Ellen – I used to bake them all the time
Doris – something run off of it, maybe he got in an accident, his leg looks like it might be broken, it’s all cockeyed.
Joan – what’s on there
Doris- Jam, looks pretty solid
Richard – I don’t know
Doris – Dog is waiting for a hand out
Joan – makes panting noises, he’s waiting for it!
Sharon – Typical boy
Ellen agrees by saying Yep
Joan – I didn’t let mey boys in clothes like that!
Joan – I didn’t let them run around with holes in them
Delores – Indecisions is happening
Joan – it smells like cookie dough, where’s the kitchen.. if it’s close by smells like cookies
Doris – It looks like jam to me
Delores – he don’t know what to do, indecisions
Doris – something on his shoulder
Sharon – I’ve made all kinds of cookies
Joan – Snickerdoodles! Dog’s got his tongue out and this kid won’t give me a bite!
Doris- the younger dog wants them
Delores – he’s eating a cookie, the dog things he should share
Doris- you love to eat them
Joan and Doris decide to name the boy Andy Patience
Ellen says that’s an alright name
Delores thought it was a pretty different name.
Joan – Trying to figure out what kind of dog he is, long ears
Sharon – Not a cocker, spaniel? Golden Retriever? Could be a retriever…
Joan – A retriever! The jam is on his clothes, on his leg
Doris – yeah!
Joan – He spilled the jam over there… hopefully not a bloody leg and just jam
Doris – he’s licking a spoon
Ellen – I don’t know what he’s licking
Joan – it’s his shirt!
Ellen – looks like an ice-cream cone
Joan – Now I want cookies with jam and ice-cream. What has he got on his hand? Duh, cookies, cookie, jam
Ellen – A container full of cookies and ice-cream
Joan – he’s a boy, he’s a male dog, male animals make better pets, females are too persnickety having babies
Ellen – wants to know what color Joan’s dog was
Richard nods that he knows good boy dog names, but says I don’t know
Sharon – Blondie is more like a female name
Joan – Maybe it’s a female… he’s sure got curly hair
Doris – My son had curly hair
Sharon – There’s a name for the dog!
Joan – Curly? Laughs… then says it’s a good name
