Our story takes place somewhere in South America. Senor Geraldo is happy, he looks so determined. We can't see his face because his hat is so big. It is hard to see what he looks or if he is wearing sunglasses. He is dressed in bright colors like he is going to a fiesta. He is wondering 'what shall I have for lunch?' Perhaps it is roasted chicken or soup. I would like to have roasted chicken. He is holding a salt shaker. Or maybe he is scattering handfuls of corn. The chickens are his family, he is taking them for a walk maybe to find a nest. He does not want to slaughter them. He thought about killing the old red rooster but then he would not have more chicks. He has a couple of roosters and a lot of hens. There are a lot of babies but we can't tell if they are boys or girls. One must be Chicken Little. The two white chickens are Conrad and Adolph. He has 29 chickens. I am surprised the chickens are not fighting and are in such a straight line. It is sad the chairs on the porch are empty, perhaps his paramour is inside getting ready. I think Senor Geraldo is a vegetarian. He will not have chicken for lunch.
