Wilson, Sally, and Judy decided to go cook dinner for their family on Thanksgiving. They got the turkey out of the fridge to finish thawing out and clean it. They stuffed the turkey, buttered it down and salted it up. They put it in the oven. The smells started coming out of the oven, and it smelled so good, they could hardly wait. Wilson started on the fruit salad, while Judy's job was the pumpkin pie. Sally made the dressing and gravy. They all three cooked green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, and cranberry sauce. The hours went on, most of the guests start to arrive for the dinner. Sally seats them all and goes to pull the Turkey out of the oven. She looks at the turkey and sticks a fork inside of it, and it doesn't even make it past the surface. "Oh no! The turkey isn't finished baking! What are we going to do?' She goes and tells her guests she is sorry, but the turkey is not done baking, and they'll have to wait a little longer. They all talk, and laugh, and wait for the turkey. They handled it very well. When they check on the turkey again in an hour, it was ready to dig in to. They was all so excited and hungry, the food didn't even last 10 minutes!
