The Flying Birthday Cake
|
Fred is having a
birthday party. He is turning 100. His friends from the zoo and the circus had
come to celebrate. He is also retiring
from the circus performing and is giving advice to his successors.
They are not
taking him seriously. Chip is not listening at all. He's practicing his head
stands for the show. Bozo is not listening to him either "I don't need to
learn this."
Miss Irene is
leading the elephants in the song "For he is a Jolly Good Fellow"
Herman, the elephant, is amazed at the performance "Why don't you do this
for the last performance of this generation?" he asks.
Miss Myrtle who
wears a girdle is wondering where the cake is while riding an elephant. The
elephants ordered a monster size cake with peanut, peanut butter and Grandma’s
prized blue ribbon pickles covered in chocolate.
Chip's mom is
having a baby and that why they need the pickles to go to cake.
John is delivering the cake to the party, and he is late.
John is the grand ringmaster for John's Robinson circus. The elephants are
starting to riot, and Fred is trying to calm them down, and his friend Alfred
is coming over to stop the problems. He has arrived with the cake Chip's mom
runs to get the cake from Alfred, and the cake goes flying in the air and lands
upside down. The elephants don't care; they slurp it up with their trunks
anyway. Chip's mom says, "you forgot the ice cream." Fred says,
"that's OK we had chocolate covered pickles instead."
