I like this picture, it's in the country and I'm from the city. It's on a cattle farm because there's cattle there. It's in the summer time. There is barbed wire to keep the cattle in there. The man has a big hat on. He is used to firing a gun. He wants to do this for the exercise. The photo is from the Library of Congress. The man's name is Charlie.
There is a cow there and her name is Rosie. The cow is a foreigner. The man has a family, a wife, and children. They think he is smart because he is bright and can fire a gun and he is sensible enough to wear a hat.
What would be firing at? A bird or something that flys. Charlie dreams of the past, and he dreams of firing the shot and hunting for a bird, and in dreams some things seem real. Will his dreams come true?
At last the man pulled the trigger and the bird comes flopping down, especially because he's shot.
