THE LONESOME COWBOY
He plays the guitar like he rides a horse. If he’s jumping for that horse, he’s sure got a long way to go. What about the high beam?! It looks like he could jump right over that horse. He wouldn’t be surprised if he out jumped the horse!
He’s in Texas or Oklahoma. It’s nice in the wide, open country.
“Yippee’, he says. He’s playing the guitar. Yeah!
He’s singing, Happy Days Are Here Again, the skies above are clear again...
There’s a little scrubby tree back there and a horse. The horse belongs to him. The horse is eating lunch. He’s eating hay. Well, it could be hay but...he probably has water.
They don’t have a family. He must be a cowboy. Like Roy Rogers.
He was probably riding the horse because the horse has the saddle on.
Maybe he’s Jerry Lewis. That’s the million dollar question.
Roy Rogers?
Dale Evans is not there.
He’s flying at his own ease.
There could be a woman running after him. Maybe the woman owned the horse. Maybe she’s after her kids. Kids can be noisy.
He’s the Lonesome Cowboy.
