The two penguins are Penny and Bird. The penguins are looking each way to see where they are going to go. Ida says they are going to the water, or they are going to Walmart says Martha. They will get there because they are on their way. They are going to have fun, eat some fish, shop, talk to other penguins, and maybe make love.
Sharon asks if they are going to stay together for life? They sure look happy, they look like they are friends, probably boyfriend and girlfriend says Sue. They must love each other.
Penguins must eat a lot; they waddle around and slide on the ice too. "Penguins waddle like a duck, that I do know," says Ida. They flap their flippers because it helps them swim and go under the ice. They are fast moving and kind of fun to watch. Penguins kind of sound like a duck. Sue makes a sound, "Quack, quack, quack, quack, quack". Don thinks the weather is cold, "possibly even freezing," says Barb. The air smells like fish.
