This is John the mailman but the only one who has to know his name is him. There's a wreath on the door. He's reading Christmas cards and sending out checks. Make sure he gets Paul's address right.
He's delivering mail house to house. There are Christmas cards and gifts. He's happy. He's just doing his job. He has a smile on his face. He might have gotten a raise!
This is in Milwaukee on 84th and Mill Road or on 1st and Keefe. There are letters and checks. Christmas cards and gifts. He seems to be on delivery.
John the mailman is bringing Sheila a new color TV. But the bag isn't big enough so it's got to be a check. The little boy is gone.
John is at a house delivering mail. He hears cars honking, Christmas carols like "Merry, merry Christmas and a happy new year!" and "Silent Night." There's also dogs barking and birds chirping although there's not too many birds in the snow.
The people in the house are waiting on Christmas. There's a family and everybody here is there. There's a mother and a father, sisters and brothers, aunts and uncles, and grandfather. The whole neighborhood. They are delighted and thankful.
Then the grinch comes along and steals all of their gifts. They are upset. They went to the post office to see about their packages. They went to the police too. The police picked up the grinch and looked to see whose name was on the packages he stole. "He better not touch my package." The grinch is arrested and goes to jail. Bail is set and the grinches sister sends him a check. Then Dorothy shot him dead.
