Who is stuck in jail? Captain Kangaroo?
Not much is going on.
There’s a man playing an instrument—a guitar and he has a car. It was a long time ago- around ’30 in Milwaukee. The woman on the left is Joanne. Joanie/Betty is in the middle. Alex is going to play a song. “I love you truly truly dear. Days without sorrow, nights without fear.” Alex enjoys playing. He’s sitting there, strumming it. He’s on TV because he’s very good at playing guitar. Joanie/Betty and Joanne are impressed because they are young and haven’t seen anyone play so good. Alex is going to become very famous.
Joanne and Joanie/Betty will grow up. They will be in Wisconsin.
Alex's brother Matthew is also listening to him. Matthew is also a guitarist and right now he’s performing in Spain. He writes his guitar everywhere he goes so that Rosa/Grandma will know where he’ll be. Joanie and Joanne/Betty will grow up. They will be in Wisconsin. When Matthew goes to look at a house in Spain he sees an indentation an inch deep and six inches long. There would have been a mezuzah in there to indicate that this was the home of a Jew. Spain is an interesting country. There’s a man going around taking names. He left my heart in pain.
