This takes place in Fredericton. We see people like that around here all the time. It's summer, look at the trees. It's not winter but it looks cool. They aren't cold because they are dressed for it.
The dog belongs to the person on the bench. He's young and he's a boy. His name is Donald.
Maybe the dog doesn't belong to Donald. The guy sitting on the bench is a down and outer so the dog is bringing food for him. It might be hot dogs (wieners), or hamburgers.
The boy is going to pet the dog. You have to watch though, some dogs don't want to be petted. You have to be careful but you don't have to be fearful.
Dogs are smart. This dog is a Border Collie.
There are sounds of traffic, honking (geese), whirring of tires, and squeaky brake sounds.
There are grumpy people. They are waiting for the #11 bus. One of them is a grumpy old bugger.
The guy on the bench is waiting for his mother and father. He is going to pet the dog. The dog brings company. A person needs company. They will both feel happy.
