Her name is Guadalupe Ortega. She is talking to her husband Manuel. She is out of tomato las for the salsa verde. He was supposed to bring them when he got off from his other job. But he didn't being them. She is upset with him. Their daughter is there--her name is Itzel. You can hear the sounds of the generator that powers the electricity for the food wagon. There is a Mexican radio station playing and the door of manuel's pick up truck when he slams it shut. The food truck smells like onion, and garlic, and pungent poblano peppers, and the greasy-spicy smell of chorizo. The food truck is in a small rural town in east Texas.It's in the late summer in 2010.
