It was a nice fall afternoon. Nancy, who lived on the main street, she heard some music. She looked out her window and there she saw the band marching down the street. The instruments were loud and the people were walking back and forth.
She decided to go down to the parade, where she met a friend. They both got excited and started dancing to the beat. Everybody gathered around them and started clapping and cheering them on. The marching band circled them and Nancy had no way out so she continued to dance. And the people were enjoying them dancing.
The horns were blowing and the drums were beating and Nancy kept dancing and that how she got her name The Dancing Woman.
