Two little boys are playing on the beach, pretending that they're fighting.
It is morning in summertime.
These are two happy boys, they are playing. They came to the beach with their parents. Tom and Jerry are their names. They are friends, family friends, and the bigger one is the older one.
They both have families. Tom is the older boy. He has two brothers, that's where he learned how to play fight. He is the youngest in the family and he found a smaller child to play rough with. Jerry also has two brothers, he is the youngest brother as well. They are very similar even though they are different ages, Tom is 5 and Jerry is 4.
Tom is amused during this exchange, so is Jerry...they are thinking about having fun and playing imaginary games.
They are hearing the other children around them playing. They hear ocean waves. They hear children playing ball in the background. They hear people swimming and little kids splashing. They hear an airplane whizz by overhead.
They smell salt water. They smell deli sandwiches and ice cream.
They see a big beautiful ocean with big breaking waves. They are seeing an airplane go by. They see sand. They see young men and women kissing. They see people in bath suits. They see deli sandwiches and lots of soda pop, Frankfutters, ice cream, pop corn, pretzels.
Tom wins the fight, he is older and bigger and stronger. There are massive pillowy clouds above the boys, the sun is shining bright through the clouds, and its hot. They see vendors selling all kinds of goodies, like candy, cotton candy, hot dogs, icees, ice cones, all kinds of goodies.
These boys both grow up to be fathers. They stay friends until the end, like brothers. Their families are friends, they live close to each other and see each other often. Their kids play together, and they even have pictures of play fighting with each other. Tom is a doctor and Jerry is a dentist. They love their jobs. They are both married. Tom got married first, his wife's name is Nancy. Jerry married a woman named Suzie, and she is a dancer, a stage dancer--she works on Broadway! Nancy grew up to be a school teacher. They are happy families. They live in Brooklyn, NY.
