Walking in the Rain…
The young woman is walking across the street in the rain, although Joyce says she doesn't look like she has a purpose. She looks to be 29 or 30 said Cynthia. Joyce added, for me she is a younger woman, probably 38, everyone agreed.
If we added color to the black and white picture, the umbrella she is carrying is red, and she's walking downtown, close to stores, Cynthia described. There would be the brightest colors and messy, said Denise! The rain continued to fall on the brick street looked like it was gleaming, said Joyce. The autos in the drizzled background look like some from the 1950's and 1960's, mentioned Pauline.
Where is she going? Cynthia says she is going shopping, and smiling Joyce added, she's going to borrow money, then going shopping!
Patricia says she has seen the lady before...
It seems like it's the afternoon, it's not Boston, I know Boston, said Cynthia. She is going to walk home too. No, she would have more sense than that, to walk home in the rain, said Joyce. She will end up walking home, Ruth stated.
The lady bought clothes while walking, adds Cynthia. Joyce agrees, but added, yes but they were school clothes for her kids. She also bought food, so how will she carry it all home, says Ruth?!
All she needs is a charge card, said Cynthia!
