Welcome to the Restaurant: I’ll Sing for Money and Food
December 13, 2019
A little boy is singing of his lunch. He's a cute little rascal. The violinist looks sad In fact it is his facial hair that makes him look sad. He might need to shave.
They are waiting for the store top open so they can get food. They want everything on the menu, especially the juices.
They are in a big city, maybe New York or Boston or Chicago or anywhere in Illinois. They could be in California, because they are singing on the street.
Looks like it is fall. The little boy has his coat on. The audit is Tom, and the child is Jake. We think they are cousins or uncle and nephew, because Tom looks much older than Jake. We fancy Tom to be a father or uncle figure.
Speaking on the street and they might be getting money. They might be singing the Devil went down to Georgia. They are welcoming people into the restaurant. They are making up their own song, come to our restaurant, Jake is calling out and saying "la la la la" just like my grandson.
We hear cars passing by, we hear sleigh bells, we hear taxis, ambulances, and sirens. It smells like cooked food. And we hope there is a deck of cards oh the table because this might be Las Vegas.
Tom and Jake want food!!! Tom and Jake want money!!! Tom and Jake want to advertise for the restaurant, and they want to bring people into the restaurant. They also want to become musicians.
The people go into the restaurant and it is filled to the brim. Tom and Jake get paid in money and food. After they gt paid they go home to their home above the restaurant.
