Scott is originally from the north side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Soon after high school, Scott joined the U.S. Army and served 20 years as a Human Resources Technician. Scott has lived and traveled across the U.S. and abroad in support of Special Operations, Airborne and Intelligence organizations while on active duty. Since then, Scott has worked with reputable firms and organizations including Pieper Electric and the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion-Milwaukee, and currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner at Baird supporting Equities, Finance, Marketing & Communications, and Risk.

Scott received his undergraduate in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a certificate for Developing Black Leaders in Financial Services from Columbia Business School. Scott is passionate about diversity and inclusion and leadership development and has a reputation for thoughtful consult that drives creative change with impactful results to the business.

Scott is a proud husband and father of six, three sons and three daughters and enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
