The cub's name is Snowflake. It's inside somebody's house, or it could be at the zoo. He''s on a blanket of some sort. This is taking place in Wisconsin. The neighborhood kids just got a cub, and all the friends are coming to see it. They must live in a big enough area with a big yard to have someplace for Snowflake to go. The yard has to be fenced in. The kids have to throw little toys for him to have something to do, like throwing toys for a dog. Snowflake isn't very big at this stage, but he'll grow.. Snowflake is about 6 months old. He's still kind of a baby.
Snowflake came from the North Pole. There were too many, so they asked if they could take him home.
Snowflake is fuzzy and fluffy. Feel his fur! He's soft! But look out for his nails and teeth.
When Snowflake gets big he'll go to the zoo, or they could take him further up north and let him go. Then he can run around with the rest of the animals. The people who are taking care of Snowflake won't see him again after that, except maybe a few glimpses. The people feel sad to let him go, but they want him to be with other bears so he can be more natural.
