Headwell House January 2024
They’re taking hands, going towards the water
Looking up to the sun
They are at the seaside
They are going looking for fish for their dinner
They are called Karen and Charly
I wish I could get glasses to see
They are thinking how clever my Mummy is
Their Mum has done lots of things, finding out the truth
They are having to get into the water to sneak and get all the fish
There won’t be any left cos they are very hungry
They are a hundred years old
I am a hundred and two, I don’t feel it.
The penguins go for a swim and discover something in the water
Oh No!
It’ a SHARK!!
Run! Run! Run!
In the Sun
Swim! Swim! Swim!
Shame they haven’t got a gun!
As long as they don’t shoot me
Bang! Bang! Bang!
They would find a hiding place I would think
A hole in the rocks
There’s a pile of fish in the corner and they have a snack!
The End
